Yes. The free trial lasts 10 minutes with up to 1,000 viewers and requires no payment information. Each channel can receive one trial; if it has already been trialed, use another channel you control. Account and device checks prevent trial abuse. If you have trouble, contact us on Discord.

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of activation; approval is at the administrator’s discretion. Refunds are considered when a service does not work because of a problem on our side. Contact support with your order number.

Yes. Twitch viewer plans include accounts that appear in the Twitch chat viewer list.
Open Profile and choose Delete account. After email verification, the account is marked deleted, sign-in is disabled and promotional messages stop. Some order and payment records may be retained for accounting and dispute handling.
