Last updated: September 17, 2026
1. General Provisions
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the procedure for using the online service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Administration.
1.2. By using the Service, including launching a bot, registering, paying for services, or accessing materials, the User confirms that they have fully read and understand the terms of this Agreement and accept them in full.
1.3. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Agreement, the User is obliged to stop using the Service.
2. The Nature of Services and Digital Goods
2.1. The Service provides digital goods and services of an intangible nature, including, but not limited to: information materials, training programs, consultations, digital products, and services.
2.2. Materials provided through the Service may include:
- Information from open sources
- Copyrighted materials of the Administration and/or third parties
- Analytical reviews, collections, recommendations, structured data
2.3. The User acknowledges and agrees that the value of the Service's digital goods and services lies in their systematization, analysis, presentation, maintenance, support, and updates, and not in the exclusivity of individual pieces of information.
2.4. The Service does not represent or guarantee the uniqueness, exclusivity, or unavailability of individual elements of materials outside the Service.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
3.1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.
3.2. The Administration does not guarantee:
- Compliance of the Service with the User's expectations
- Achieving any financial, commercial, professional or other results
- Uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service
- Temporary technical failures and access restrictions
3.4. All decisions regarding the use of materials, recommendations and services are made by the User independently and at their own risk.
4. Legality of Use
4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organize, or facilitate illegal activities.
4.2. The User undertakes to use the Service solely within the framework of applicable laws and third-party regulations.
4.3. Responsibility for the legality of the use of the materials and services of the Service rests entirely with the User.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All materials posted on the Service are protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2. The User is prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, transferring to third parties, or otherwise using materials from the Service without the permission of the copyright holder.
5.3. Violation of intellectual property rights may result in restriction of access to the Service without compensation.
6. Access Restrictions
6.1. The Administration has the right to suspend or restrict the User's access to the Service in the event of: violation of the terms of this Agreement; identifying abuses; requirements of legislation or payment providers.
6.2. Restriction of access does not release the User from obligations that arose previously.
6.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions may create increased risks for the Service, payment providers, or third parties.
7. Payments and Returns
7.1. Payment for services and digital goods is made under the terms specified in the Service prior to payment.
7.2. Due to the intangible nature of digital goods and services, refunds are not provided after access has been granted, except in the cases specified below.
7.3. Refunds are only possible if:
- The service was not provided due to technical fault of the Service
- Access to the digital product was not actually provided
7.4. To consider the refund issue, the User must contact support within 24 hours of payment.
7.5. The decision on return is made by the Administration on an individual basis.
7.6. The User confirms that they undertake not to initiate a chargeback through payment systems without first contacting the Service's support team.
8. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing
8.1. Automatic Renewal: Monthly subscription plans, bundles, and recurring viewer services automatically renew every 30 days from the initial purchase date. By purchasing a recurring plan, the User expressly authorizes the Service and its payment processors (including Razorpay and Fungies) to charge the designated payment method on a recurring 30-day basis at the posted rate until cancelled.
8.2. Advance Renewal Notice: In compliance with consumer protection and card network standards, the Service dispatches an automated advance reminder email approximately 7 days prior to each recurring charge. This notification details the upcoming billing date, the renewal amount, and instructions on managing or cancelling the subscription.
8.3. Cancellation at Any Time: The User has the absolute right to cancel automatic renewal at any time. Cancellation can be performed directly online with a single click in the User's Orders Dashboard (/orders) by clicking "Cancel Auto-Renew", or by submitting a support ticket prior to the renewal date.
8.4. Service Continuity Upon Cancellation: Cancelling auto-renewal stops all future automated debits. The User's existing service remains fully operational and uninterrupted until the conclusion of the current paid 30-day period.
8.5. Failed Renewals & Grace Period: If a recurring debit attempt fails due to insufficient funds or card issuer restrictions, the Service maintains a 48-hour courtesy grace period while re-attempting the charge. If payment cannot be completed, the subscription is halted without penalty and the boost is paused.
8.6. Dispute Resolution & Fair Chargeback Policy: Because self-service online cancellation is readily accessible and advance renewal reminders are delivered prior to billing, the User agrees to utilize the direct cancellation tools or reach out to support at [email protected] rather than filing an unauthorized dispute or chargeback with their financial institution.
9. Confidentiality
9.1. The Administration may collect the minimum technical data necessary to ensure the operation of the Service.
9.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data, but does not guarantee the absolute security of the transmitted information.
10. Change of Conditions
10.1. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement.
10.2. The current version of the Agreement is published in the Service.
10.3. Continued use of the Service signifies the User's consent to the updated terms.
11. Contact Information
11.1. For any billing, subscription management, or general inquiries, the User can contact support via email at [email protected] or through the online ticket desk.
By using the Service (including launching the bot, completing checkout, or registering an account), the User confirms that he/she has read this Agreement and accepts its terms in full.
